Today Rock serves children at all schools in the Prior Lake area and has been fortunate to have great volunteers and community partners to help further this mission.

We provide programs for schools in Prior Lake and now at Kenwood Middle School in Lakeville.

Power Packs

Rock provides Power Packs, which are sent home with students in Backpacks that include: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 snacks, a fruit and a vegetable. We offer our Power Pack Program to all families who feel they could benefit from these food items.

Basic Needs

One of our key focal points is to identify with School Social workers kids in the schools that may need help with other basic needs. We can provide winter coats, boots, gloves, and hats among some of the clothing we have donated over the years. We also know that Shoes and other items are needed, and we can help get these to the children as well. We are also proud and thankful to be able to offer basic hygiene supplies for the children

Food Corner at Bridges & Prior Lake High School

We provide food at school stores on an on-going basis to the students at the Bridges Area Learning Center, and Prior Lake High School in Prior Lake. We have found through our programs that students will come to school on a more regular and consistent basis because they know there is food available. Rock provides food, school supplies, hygiene items and clothing in these stores at the schools.
